Error : Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.ADTopologyEndpointNotFoundException: Topology Provider coundn’t find the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service on end point ‘TopologyClientTcpEndpoint (localhost)’.
Reason: This error occurs mostly when accessing https://localhost/ecp/?ExchClientVer=1X after completion of Exchange setup without restart. Microsoft Exchange AD topology service and its dependent service will be in stop state if this error .
Resolution : Start the ‘Microsoft Exchange AD topology ‘ service.
- Open Windows services. ( Services.msc in Run command)
- Locate Microsoft Exchange AD topology service and start to resolve this issue
- Make sure other dependent services also got started
Now Exchange admin center should be available.
